Takanabe natural oysters
Takanabe is famous for natural oysters from Kaguchihama. Natural rock oysters have a unique texture and taste of the sea that is very different from cultured ones. Especially in the winter, the oysters are the most delicious when eaten along with vinegar. They are great baked, deep fried, or grilled on skewers.
